We are working towards SSO for a more seamless authentication integration. Once this is available, we can work with an account representative support Service Provider (SP) initiated authentication workflow. We work with account representatives, typically an account owner and one IT representative, to integration our Identity Manager to your SSO Provider (e.g. Okta). The end user will be prompted to login initially and up until the SSO session expires, the user will not have to re-authenticate. Once the SSO session is expiredexpires, you will need to do the authentication flow for SSO again, authenticate again. This is similar to any other SSO integration integrations in which you may already havebe familiar. |
