Log into the Core Strengths Talent Development websiteplatform, app.corestrengths.com
Click on your initials in the upper right-hand corner and you should > Click on Profile > Scroll down until you see the Presenter Key when you scroll down
Copy the Presenter Key
Open your CSP/Presenter (DO NOT enter your pin)
Instead entering pin, click on the "Forgot Pin"
Skip those questions and click on the "Reset Presenter" link. Say YES to that question box that pops up.
Enter your Presenter key that you have copied
Enter all information and create your new pin (it's okay if it's the same one as before)
Once back in the Presenter home screen, click on the little admin circle in the bottom right corner
10.Re-Sync your class by clicking on that "the Sync " Classes button
