You can share our Core Strengths content with the hear-impaired community with confidence that they will not miss a thing. All of our videos have closed caption options both in the Presenter as well as the Discovery Platform videos that launch during your results debrief. You can even change the language in the CSP, if you download the Presenter in that language.
Instructions
You can choose Captions On for hearing impaired participants.Turning on Closed Captions
In the Presenter, navigate to a video and in the lower right corner click English for closed captions to appear in the video.
You can choose different language options for the Presenter in the Platform under Train > Resources > Presenter. Choose the language you want, then click Download.
In the Videos for your results debrief under the Discover tab, click the cc button on the lower right of your screen to see closed captions.
