1. Log in to app.corestrengths.com. 
2. Click Train in the top-level navigation.
3. Click Resources in the second-level navigation. 
4. Under the Presenter tab, choose from one of the 8 languages in the list.
5. Click Download.
   A digital image (DMG) file downloads to your computer.
6. In your Finder window, click Downloads and look for the recently downloaded DMG file.
7. Drag and drop the CSP icon to the Applications folder.
8. The first time you open the CSP, you might see a modal with the wording "CSP cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified." If you see this modal, take these steps:
   
   1. Click Cancel. 
   2. Click the Apple icon in the upper-left corner of your screen, and then choose System Preferences.
   3. Click Security & Privacy.
   4. Click the General tab.
   5. On the bottom half of the screen, find the text that says "Allow app downloads from:"
   6. Click Open Anyway. 
   7. You again see the modal with the wording "CSP cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified."
   8. Click Open.
9. After the installation is complete, launch the CSP by double-clicking the CSP icon from the Applications folder.
10. You are prompted to enter your Presenter Key presenter key the first time you log in. See Find Your Presenter Key.  

11. Create a four4-digit PIN, select two security questions, and choose your security answers to access the CSP.

    Tip
    Store your four4-digit PIN and answers to the two security questions in a safe place. You need this four4-digit PIN to access the CSP in all future uses, and you need the answers to your security questions if you ever need to reset your PIN.

    
    

12. Close the DMG file by right-clicking the icon and choosing Eject.
