| 1 | Login to app.corestrengths.com/login and Click "Teams" |
|
| 2 | Click "Create Team +" |
|
| 3 | Fill the Teams Name and Team Description |
|
| 4 | Use the Search bar to find the member(s) of the account you want to add on the Team and Click "Add" |  |
| 5 | Once you Add the member(s) for your team Click "Save" |  |
| 6 | Scroll down and under the "Connection" column click "Connect" to send the "Connection Request" |  |
| 7 | Once all users Accepted the "Connection Invite" you can do individual compare and see the Teams Strengths, Motives and Conflict. |
