Product Update - January 2020

Digital Learner Guide

The digital Learner Guide is an exact replica of the paper Learner Guide, allowing Learners to continuously reference the Workshop content digitally. Additionally if an organization wishes to go paperless, the digital Learner Guide can be used instead of the paper Learner Guide as long as there is internet available during the Workshop. Learners can type in their answers and interact with their results during the session.

Learners can access the digital Learner Guide through any Class they are invited to.

When a Learner goes to Develop, by clicking into a Class they will have the option to “View” the Learner Guide and to take the Class Evaluation. When they click “View”, a new tab will open in the browser containing the entire guide. From there the Learner can follow along with the Workshop presentation, view their Quick Guide, Action Planner, and Assessment Results.

Learners may skip pages by typing in the page number per your instruction to follow-along. Any answers typed into the digital Learner Guide will save automatically.

Please note that the digital Learner Guide is made available through a Class within an Account, meaning that if a Member is ever removed from an Account (for instance if an employee leaves a company and is removed from the Platform Account), they will no longer have access to the digital Learner Guide.

Learners Page

New to the Platform is a page for Facilitators to view any Learner who has taken one of their Core Strengths: Results Through Relationships Classes. Instead of having to open each Class session to see who has taken a Class with you, you can now navigate to Train/Learners for a full list of your Learners. Selecting a Learner will open a Learner Detail page, providing an overview of that Learners’ results, reports, and any Classes they’ve attended. If you click the Class, you will be taken to the Class page and you can see their (and anyone else's') attendance. (Learners/Class search is still broken at this time.)

Account/Credits and Activity

As an Account Owner or Admin, you can now find Credit and Activity History under Account. The sub-menu “Credits” captures your credit balances, current credit statues, and the ability to filter by various categories. You can also see the activity log for every credit under “Activity”.

Open Sharing

The most efficient way for your employees to engage in Relationship Intelligence is to activate Open Sharing. Open Sharing removes the extra step of needing to “Connect” with another Member, creating visibility to other Members’ results and immediate ability to use Compare and Teams. Only users with the “Owner” role can change this setting.

Class Scoping for Facilitators

Facilitators now only see Classes that belong to them (where they are selected as the Facilitator). ‘Scoping’ visibility to each Facilitator eliminates the possibility of another Facilitator accidentally modifying Class details or switching the CSP Sync on and off. However, if you have the Owner role, you will see all Classes, inclusive of every Facilitator. If you are an Owner that also has the Facilitator role, you will have an additional filter option to see your own classes as well as others’. Please note that this is for Train/Classes and does not apply to “Assess” (formerly Inventory), where every Facilitator has full visibility.

Admin Role

There is a new user role available for each account: the Admin role. The Admin role allows a designated user, who is not a certified facilitator, to access “Assess”, “Train”, and “Account (Members and Credits)”. The restriction of this role is Account/Settings. This role permits the Admin to see Member results, generate reports, view credit usage and activity, and send invitations on behalf of Owners and/or Facilitators. The only restriction an Admin has is the inability to access Account/Settings, where Open Sharing settings are hosted.
