How do I get access to all my past client’s data?

We will work with you to create an account for each client, and we will add you as a facilitator and admin to the account. However, in order to do this, we will need to know who the account owner will be.

How will ownership of my client’s data be decided?

The owner needs to be an employee or other representative of the organization. Partners cannot own their client’s data.

Can I get an account just for me and my associates?

Yes. If there are less than 10 in your association, you can simply use a free Basic plan for that.

How do I get credits for future use with my clients?

You will be able to purchase credits inside your clients accounts, or instruct them to make the purchase. Either way, you will earn points for each transaction.

Can I move credits between accounts?

No.

Do I need a training credit for every person?

No. You only need training credits for people who will attend a class that uses the Results through Relationship learner guide. There are other benefits of the training credit as described in the answer to a previous question.

How can I help my clients get certified?

At least one certification is included in each plan. Simply help them select their facilitator candidates and we will help them register for an upcoming instructor-led certification course.

Can I still facilitate classes for my clients without becoming a partner?

Yes. You will need to ask your clients to invite you to become a member of their organization and be assigned the facilitator role within your clients’ accounts. After that, you can be the facilitator or co-facilitator of classes inside those accounts.

What, exactly, is the Partner Portal and why do I need access?

Essentially, the partner portal is a way for you to view and access your clients’ data so you can deliver training and coaching services. It also helps you set up free trials for business development, and gives you access to resources to help you further your learning and promote your business.

How does the points system work?

Partners earn points as their clients spend money on platform services and credits. The points can be redeemed upon request by partners.

Do points rollover?

Points do not expire, so roll-over is not an issue.

Can I be a Partner but also work with another Partner as an Associate?

Yes. If you facilitate classes under contract for a consulting company, and you have your own, independent practice, you will be able to toggle between the two partner accounts. The data will be totally segregated, but you can access it via a single username and password.

Is the bundle package good through the contract year?

Yes, but it can extend to multiple years under a contract that does not permit early cancellation.

What if I have Clients in TotalSDI who have budgeted for TotalSDI pricing?

We can help you navigate this on a case-by-case basis if you are willing to provide documentation.
