We are working towards SSO for a more seamless authentication integration. Once this is available, we can work with an account representative to integration our Identity Manager to your SSO Provider (Okta). The end user will be prompted to login initially and up until the SSO session expires, the user will not have to re-authenticate. Once the SSO session is expired, you will need to do the authentication flow for SSO again, similar to any other SSO integration you may already have. |
