  1. Log in to Zoom.

  2. Navigate to the Zoom Marketplace by clicking on the “Apps” button.

  3. Find the app by searching “Core Strengths RQ Admin” in the search bar.

  4. Select the “Core Strengths Admin RQ” app and click add. This will open up a new window prompting you to authorize Core Strength's access to your Zoom account. Click authorize to install app. After install is complete, you will now be able to install the regular “Core Strengths RQ” app..

For Individuals

  1. Log in to Zoom.

  2. Navigate to the Zoom Marketplace by clicking on the “Apps” button.

  3. Find the app by searching “Core Strengths RQ” in the search bar.

  4. Select the Core Strengths app and click install.

  5. Once the app is installed, click on the app in your apps window and enter your Core Strengths credentials.

  6. Select the desired Core Strengths account.

  7. Follow the getting started tutorial to use the app to improve your virtual conversations and meetings inside Zoom!

titleWhy are there two apps?

The Core Strengths RQ Admin app allows access to specific user data that enables the Core Strengths RQ app to show meeting participant insights.

titleWhy can’t I find the app in the Zoom Marketplace?

If you can’t find the app in the marketplace, you most likely need permission from your IT department. The app requires administrator consent to view and download. We recommend that you reach out to your IT department to ask about the process to add integrations into Zoom. Most likely, they will need the use case for adding the app, who needs access, and a link to our policies on security, privacy, and compliance.

titleI have the app, but I don’t haven’t completed the assessment yet. How can I complete the SDI?

A colleague can send you an invite to complete the assessment from the app, depending on your Core Strengths account settings. If not, please contact your Core Strengths account administrator for an invitation.

titleCan I log in to multiple Core Strengths accounts?

Yes! While you can only be logged into one account at a time, you can switch the account by clicking on your profile in the app in the app’s dashboard.

titleCan you view or connect with external meeting members? Can I see people's insights who are not in the same zoom account as me??

You can view and connect with members if you share the same zoom account and have the same Core Strengths account.

To view and connect with members outside of your zoom account, you must use the “Schedule Meeting” function in the Zoom desktop app, chrome extension, or web app and include the email of the user(s) outside zoom account in the zoom invitation.

titleWhy can't I see other people's Core Strengths data in the integration?

There could be many reasons why you can’t see other people Core Strengths data. Follow these steps to troubleshoot.

  1. Ensure that the Core Strengths RQ Admin integration has been installed by your Zoom admin.

  2. Ensure that you have installed the Core Strengths RQ integration on your zoom client.

  3. Ensure that you share the same Zoom account and Core Strengths account of the person who you want to see insights about.

  4. If you are in a connections only Core Strengths account, ensure that you are connected to that person.

  5. If you are trying to see insights for someone who is not in the same zoom account as you, you must invite them via the zoom “Schedule” function and include them in the zoom meeting invitation.

titleWho can see my SDI results in the app?

Open-Sharing: If your Core Strengths account is set to open-sharing permissions, anyone in your account can see your results in the meeting card, meeting, or compare in the app.

Closed-Sharing: If your Core Strengths account is set to closed-sharing permissions, only those you’re connected to will see your results.
