How to use the Core Strengths RQ app
How to set up your Core Strengths Name Tag
Add your name and job title to the Name Tag that is displayed to teammates during meetings. If needed, go to Profile to edit your name, job title, avatar, or other information.
Navigate to the Name Tag screen to turn on your name tag. From this screen you can do the following:
Turn on Motives to help people understand what drives you when you are at your best.
Turn on Conflict to show people your changing motives as conflict escalates.
Turn on Strengths to display your top 3 strengths that are frequently evident when you work with others. You appreciate when others recognize you for using these strengths.
In Name Tag > Overlay, you can upload your company’s logo and turn on overlay to show the logo as part of your Name Tag display.
In Name Tag > Background, you can turn on background to customize your Name Tag display using a Core Strengths design specific to your Motives. This allows others to recognize your MVS at a glance. Alternatively, you can upload your own custom background image. Click the button in the top right of the Name Tag to toggle between dark and light mode. If your name tag appears backwards, turn off screen mirroring in your zoom video settings.
How to access RQ Insights
On the Meeting Participants screen, you can access communication tips for the attendees of your meeting. Tips are available for listening and speaking when things are going well or when you are facing conflict. Tips are tailored based on on comparing the strengths and overdone strengths of both you and your teammate, tailored strength-related tips are provided to help you:
Respect Their Strengths by encouraging strengths that they use more frequently than you generally do.
Avoid Their Triggers by being mindful of not overdoing strengths that may trigger conflict for them.
Manage Your Triggers by respecting their intent when they overdo a strength that could trigger you into conflict.
You can expand the participants view to get a side by side comparison of all meeting attendees. This is a great tool to understand the group dynamics of your meeting.

Installation Guides
For Admins
Note: The “Core Strengths RQ Admin” app enables the use of the “Core Strengths RQ” app. A zoom admin must install the admin app to allow access to the regular app.
Log in to Zoom.
Navigate to the Zoom Marketplace by clicking on the “Apps” button.
Find the app by searching “Core Strengths RQ Admin” in the search bar.
Select the “Core Strengths Admin RQ” app and click add. This will open up a new window prompting you to authorize Core Strength's access to your Zoom account. Click authorize to install app. After install is complete, you will now be able to install the regular “Core Strengths RQ” app..
For Individuals
Log in to Zoom.
Navigate to the Zoom Marketplace by clicking on the “Apps” button.
Find the app by searching “Core Strengths RQ” in the search bar.
Select the Core Strengths app and click install.
Once the app is installed, click on the app in your apps window and enter your Core Strengths credentials.
Select the desired Core Strengths account.

Uninstall Guide (Individuals and Admins)
Log in to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage > Installed Apps, or search for the Core Strengths or Core Strengths Admin app.
Click the Uninstall button on the right side of the row with the Core Strengths app. The Zoom App will be removed from your Zoom client, and your Core Strengths account will no longer be associated with your Zoom account.
