Why can't I download the app?
The app requires administrator consent, meaning your IT department likely needs to make the app available for download or push the app to all users in your organization. We recommend your IT administrators follow Microsoft’s documentation to enable the app.
If the app is enabled for download, you can follow these instructions to install the app.
I have the app, but I don’t haven’t completed the assessment yet. How can I complete the SDI?
A colleague can send you an invite to complete the assessment from the app, depending on your Core Strengths account settings. If not, please contact your Core Strengths account administrator for an invitation.
Can I log in to multiple Core Strengths accounts?
Yes! While you can only be logged into one account at a time, you can switch the account by clicking on your avatar in the app on the top right in the app’s dashboard.
Can you view or connect with external meeting members?
You can only view or connect with members in your Core Strengths account. If external meeting invitees are members of your Core Strengths account, you will be able to connect and/or view their results in the app.

Is the app available for the Government Community Cloud (GCC)?
Not currently, but we are working on it now that the app is available in the commercial marketplace.
Will the app automatically include invitees from an Outlook calendar invite into the Teams calendar to populate the meeting card in the app’s dashboard?
Yes, but it does require that your calendar are managed by Microsoft Exchange.
How does the app work if there are authentication tools such as Okta?
We are working towards SSO for a more seamless authentication integration. Once this is available, we can work with an account representive to integration our Identity Manager to your SSO Provider (Okta). The end user will be prompted to login initially and up until the SSO session expires, the user will not have to re-authenticate. Once the SSO session is expired, you will need to do the authentication flow for SSO again, similar to any other SSO integration you may already have.
What languages are available?
Currently, US English is only supported at this time. Additional translations will be available in Q1 2023.
What markets can use the app?
Our app is available in all markets in Microsoft’s store. However, the app is only available in English at this time.

While the app requires an active Core Strengths account, downloading and using the app is at no additional cost.
Who can see my SDI results in the app?
Open-Sharing: If your Core Strengths account is set to open-sharing permissions, anyone in your account can see your results in the meeting card, meeting, or compare in the app.
Closed-Sharing: If your Core Strengths account is set to closed-sharing permissions, only those you’re connected to will see your results.
How do I have my results removed from the app?
