Creating a ‘Class’ in Assess with new users
Step 1: Log in to app.corestrengths.com
Step 2: Click on the ‘Assess’ Tab
Step 3: Click on the ‘ADD MEMBER +’ button
Step 4: Fill out the users information and click add Member
Step 5: In the table below click on the checkbox next to the users avatar
Step 6 (Optional): Click on the ‘Label’ button in the secondary actions bar and label your selected users.
Step 7: With your members selected Click Invite and complete the invitation wizard.
Classes run through ‘Assess’ do not have access to the Core Strengths Presenter (CSP).
Creating a Class in Train
Step 1: Log in to app.corestrengths.com
Step 2: Click on the ‘Train’ tab
Step 3: Click on the ‘ADD CLASS +’ button
Step 4: Fill out the class builder and customize your class invitation
Step 5: Add learners to your class using the ‘Add Learner +’ button
Step 6: Select all learners you want to send invitations to and click on the ‘Invite’ button on the secondary actions bar.
Each Train Class Invitation requires one Training Credit and one Assessment Credit. Train Classes have access to the Core Strengths Presenter (CSP) and each learner gets a Core Strengths: Results Through Relationships Digital Learner Guide.
