Creating a ‘Class’ in Assess with new users

  1. Log in to

  2. Select the Account you want to Administrate

  3. Click on the ‘Assess’ Tab

  4. Click on the ‘ADD MEMBER +’ button

  5. Fill out the users information and click add Member

  6. In the table below click on the checkbox next to the users avatar

    1. (Optional): Click on the ‘Label’ button in the secondary actions bar and label your selected users.

  7. With your members selected Click Invite and complete the invitation wizard.

Classes performed through ‘Assess’ do not have access to the Core Strengths Presenter (CSP).

Creating a Class in Train

  1. Log in to

  2. Click on the ‘Train’ tab

  3. Click on the ‘ADD CLASS +’ button

  4. Fill out the class builder and customize your class invitation

  5. Add learners to your class using the ‘Add Learner +’ button

  6. Select all learners you want to send invitations to and click on the ‘Invite’ button on the secondary actions bar.

Each Train Class Invitation requires one Training Credit and one Assessment Credit. Train Classes have access to the Core Strengths Presenter (CSP) and each learner gets a Core Strengths: Results Through Relationships Digital Learner Guide.
