If you’re unable to hide your Core Strength Presenter (CSP) slides during an in-person session, you need to reset the CSP.
The reset is the same whether you’re running macOS or Windows.
Follow these steps to reset the CSP:
Launch the CSP.
On the Welcome screen, do not enter your four-digit access code. Instead, click I forgot my PIN.
A PIN Recovery page loads.Click the Reset Presenter link.
A dialog box asks whether you want to proceed with resetting the CSP. Click Yes.
On the Welcome to the Core Strengths Presenter screen, provide the following details to reset the CSP:
Enter your company name
Create a four-digit access code
Set two security questions
Check the box to accept the terms and conditions
