You need to add learners to a class before you facilitate an in-person session. You can add learners or reschedule learners to a new class individually or through bulk upload.

To add or reschedule a learner for a class, follow these steps:

Add Learners Individually

Follow these steps to add learners to a class one at a time:

  1. Click the name of the class you created in Create a class.

  2. Click Add Learner +.

  3. Update the following fields to add an individual learner:

    1. First name

    2. Last name

    3. E-mail address

    4. Job title
      If you don’t want to enter a job title, include a hyphen ( - ) in this column.

  4. Click Add learner.
    Repeat these steps for every learner you'd like to add to your class.

Add Multiple Learners by Bulk Upload

Follow these steps to create a CSV upload file to add multiple learners to a class:

  1. Click the name of the class you created in Create a team.

  2. Click Add Learner +.

  3. Click Batch CSV Template.
    A CSV template downloads.

  4. In the CSV template, fill in the following columns with the required information:

    1. First name

    2. Last name

    3. E-mail address

    4. (Optional) Job title

  5. Save the file in a place where you'll remember.

  6. Click Batch Upload Members.

  7. From your files, navigate to the CSV file, and then click Choose.
