You need to create a class in the platform before you can facilitate an in-person or virtual session. To create a class, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to app.corestrengths.com. 
  2. Click Train in the top-level navigation.
  3. Click Classes in the second-level navigation.
  4. Click Class Add +. 
  5. Fill in the following fields to create the class:
    • Class Name (This must be a unique name; Classes with the same name will not appear on the CSP)
    • Group Name
    • Class Location
    • Facilitator
    • Class Language
    • Leave the CSP sync On
    • (Optional) Class Description 
  6. In the Date and Time fields, specify the following:
    1. A future and time for your class
    2. A date by which learners must complete their pre-work
    3. The time zone under which the class will be delivered
  7. Click Save. 

Create a Class Without the Learner Toolkit

The platform doesn't allow you to create a class without the Learner Toolkit.

If you'd like to hold a refresher session or print team reports, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to app.corestrengths.com. 
  2. Click Teams in the top-level navigation.
  3. Click the name of the team you'd like to do a refresher session with or re-print reports for.
