FAQ

How long does it take for an export?

This depends on the size of your requested data. Most request are completed within 5-10 min. Exports from accounts with over 10,000 users should expect to see longer data export generation times

Can other roles request an export from owner/admin?

Not at this time. Only Admins/Owners have visibility into this feature. The ability for facilitators/coaches to request an export will be coming soon
