Relationship Intelligence (RQ) Update - February 2020

Now you can improve collaboration in EIGHT languages!

For the first time ever, users can now take the SDI 2.0, receive a full debrief of their results (yes, including personalized debrief videos and reports), compare results with others, experience training, and build teams across continents. Oh, and not only are the self-debrief videos in 8 languages, but all languages are closed-captioned as well.

Improving collaboration and building inclusive teams has never been easier.

Bring Relationship Intelligence (RQ) to your meetings

You asked and we went to work. Now every Platform user and/or Results through Relationships Workshop attendee will have an Advanced Name Tent — personalized with Motives, Conflict, and Top Strengths insight. Now you can look around the room at meetings and understand what’s important to each person, and see their Top 3 Strengths in action. (Seriously, you’re welcome.)

Try it, and let us know how it boosts your meeting productivity.

Tables and Labels

Lastly, we improved the table functionality by updating the filters, expanded the selection to 100 people (instead of just 25), and added a new tagging feature called Labels. Labels are set up at the account level and shared by all members of the account — allowing you to group people however you see fit. You can also pin selections and filter by labels, making people management easier than ever.

Remember, when relationships work, there’s not a problem we can’t solve together.

Best,

The Core Strengths Team
