Why does the Connection button look weird on my mobile device?

  • If you're in your mail apps, close the application and open it again.
  • If you're in a browser window, click Refresh.

When I click Connection on my mobile device, nothing connects. What should I do?

  1. Log in to app.corestrengths.com
  2. Click your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner of the screen. 
  3. Click Notifications
  4. Accept the connection.

I ignored someone's request to compare their results with mine. Can I get that back?

If you've ignore someone's request to compare results, you cannot receive another connection invitation from that person. 

Reach out to us at https://help.cruciallearning.com with your full name, email address, and the name and email of the person you'd like to connect with. 

I received a connection to compare my results with someone, but nothing is happening. What should I do?

  1. Log in to app.corestrengths.com
  2. Click your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner of the screen. 
  3. Click Notifications
  4. Accept the invitation. 

Assessment Questions

I get an Invalid Code error when I click the link to resume my SDI Assessment.

I started the assessment and have yet to finish it, but I can't log in. What should I do?

How do I get a copy of my assessment results?

When I try to download my report, I see an error telling me I need to be in a class. What should I do? 

  1. In a new tab, log in to app.corestrengths.com
  2. Click your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner of the screen. 
  3. Click Profile.
  4. In the Job Title field, add a space.
  5. Click Update info.
  6. Go back to the browser with your SDI results and try downloading your reports again.

Class Questions

Can I hide my class attendance record?

The only people who can see the classes you've attended is yourself and the facilitator. Other learners and account members can't see which classes you've attended.

I evaluated my facilitator and accidentally closed my browser window. How can I redeem my free SDI credit?

Contact us at https://help.cruciallearning.com. Tell them your scenario and the email address you used to attend the class.
