FEATURES

CLP to CSP Connection

  • With the launch of the SDI Cross-sell project, we’ve released a seamless connection between the Crucial Learning Platform and Core Strengths Platform. Learners in the CLP can click “Take the SDI” and they are quickly directed to the first page of the SDI. There is no login and only one credential to access the SDI. This work also included a newly added login option for CLP learners to sign-in using their CLP credentials. A lot of work went into this connection and this a big step forward to integrated our platform.

 

 

 

Assessment Upgrade

  • We are working on a large upgrade to SDI assessment. This includes improved accessibility functions, better visuals, more intuitive response functions and more! This new assessment upgrade version should allow users a better experience. And did I mentioned for the first time it is mobiel and tablet friendly! We are aiming for a release in mid August.

 

 

 

Targeted Surveys

  • We can now target feedback surveys in app-dot to gather feedback on features and products. Currently, we have have a live survey asking for feedback on the SDI Cross-Sell experience so we can get specific feedback to improve the user journey from CLP to CSP.

 

 

 

Upgraded Role: CS Admin

  • We’ve adapted the CS Admin permission role to better serve internal sales representatives. A CS admin can easily search for users and account to do demos and/or readouts. They do not have ability to edit accounts or add/remove credits. If you’re curious of the difference between CS Owner and CS Admin read this article.

 

 

 

New Accessible Notifications

  • We’ve improved the UI for our platform notifications. The notifications are no longer one solid color, but provide a color border with white background to make the message easier to read.

IMPROVEMENTS

  • We’ve added Osana (compliance software) to our platform to allow to help with cookie consent and data privacy.

  • Bespoke slides for US and UK have been updated to include to new speaker notes.

 BUGS

  • Fix for adding partners as Owners when they create an account

  • Fix for admin and facilitators to remove learners from a class

  • Fix for bug impacting team strengths
